Its not just the NHS that is suffering but other areas of the Public Sector such as Local Government and Supporting People projects. We live in a world of the 'emperors new clothes', where the truth is denied. Workers with the interests of clients and other workers at heart are victimised and sacked. New Labour? More like No Labour. I'm with you Karen. Karen is correct in her comments.
