Hi Karen,
Sorry can’t be up in Manchester with you tomorrow night. As you know we’ve got our own UNISON branch meeting in Leicester at the same time. We’ve got a proposal on the agenda to donate a further £1000 to the Manchester strike fund, and another £1000 if you’ve not been reinstated by the end of the month, so I expect there’ll be a cheque in the post to your branch very soon. We’re also planning on sending a minibus (at least) to Manchester on the 24th.
Good luck with the campaign, and the blog, and the facebook campaign. I’d be circulating details of the facebook campaign at work, only our bosses have banned facebook from our network!
